Return and Exchange Policy

1. No Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations will be processed.

2. Exchange: Items may be exchanged within 5 days of purchase with receipt.

3. Conditions: Item must be unworn, unaltered and undamaged.

4. Original Tags: Intact original tags and packaging must be included.

5. Exchange Procedure:

a. Email byunicallc@gmail.com with receipt and exchange request.

b. Receive exchange approval and instructions.

c. Return item within 3 business days.

d. Provide tracking information.

6. Non-Exchangeable Items:

a. Sale or discounted items.

b. Accessories (hats, scarves, belts).

c. Final sale or clearance items.

d. Damaged or altered items.

7. Damage Policy: Any damage to clothing will not be accepted for exchange, except within 5 days.
